Key Responsibilities:
- Design, engineer, and develop MEP solutions and mechanical systems for ongoing construction and infrastructure projects
- Review mechanical, construction, and MEP drawings and technical specifications across all design stages
- Coordinate with local and international suppliers, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring smooth progress across design and construction phases
- Assist in the drafting, management, and administration of contracts with external partners
- Support and participate in the implementation and installation of mechanical systems on project sites
- Monitor and supervise MEP installation crews, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards
- Organize and participate in MEP commissioning procedures during final project stages
- Follow, update, and revise project time schedules and progress forecasts
- Assist in documenting, organizing, and reviewing Maintenance & Safety procedures for operational facilities
Qualifications:
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering (Polytechnic Schools preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering roles within construction or industrial project environments
- Strong knowledge of engineering and mechanical design tools
- Experience with BIM software (Revit) will be considered a strong asset
- Excellent command of MS Office and AutoCAD
- Strong communication skills, including clear technical writing and reporting
- Ability to adapt to new construction technologies and fast-evolving project requirements
- High proficiency in spoken and written English
- Experience in project management and planning will be considered an advantage
- Willingness to travel within Greece and abroad when required

Candidate will be a mechanical engineering team leader and work as part of our MEP engineering team structure, with strong focus on managing its mechanical engineering team on design and engineering mechanical applications as well coordinating project execution for various construction projects.
We target on accelerating knowledge and experience of our new team members through exposure, involvement, planning and execution of technological advanced projects in the sector.
Candidate will be expected to:
- Polytechnic University Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Polytechnic Schools only.
- MSc is not essential but will be considered as a plus.
- Previous experience on a team leading role in mechanical engineering environment and/or construction project sites.
- Experienced in project management and project executionÂ
- Experience using design and engineering tools.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office , Autocad.
- Knowledge of MS Project and Revit or other engineering software will be considered a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent writing skills.
- Ability to adapt new technologies in construction procedures.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
- Availability to travel in Greece and abroad.
